When does the crowdfunding campaign start?
We are launching the crowdfunding and token sale on March 30th 2020. We are currently accepting registration for whitelisting from interested parties according to crowdfunding rules. You can create an account on the Transledger site and go through the on-boarding process.
Who is eligible and what are the Maximum and Minimum amounts to participate?
Only Accredited investors are eligible for the initial crowdfunding campaign. Investors will need to fill out a form declaring their status in accordance with criterias in their respective countries. The minimum investment is $500USD and the maximum investment participation is set at $2000 USD per contribution.
What type of payment mode are you accepting ?
We accept seven tokens/coins: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ripple, Ether, EOS, Stellar. We will also accept fiat via wire transfer. We will accept payment in D-Cad (digitized canadian dollar) when it is available.
What benefits do I get from holding Transledger TLD tokens ?
The TLD is a utility token used to access discounts for various services. Someone holding the equivalent of $2000USD in tokens will have access to a 50% discount on all services from trading on our exchange to our MovingToken application. A $1000USD contribution will provide a 25% discount on all services.
What is the token name, use and value ?
We will be issuing the Transledger Token (TLD) with a nominal value set at $0.05USD per token. The TLD token is a true utility token used to access trading discounts on the Transledger platform for exchange and MoveToken application. Stakeholders contributing the maximum($2000) will benefit from a 50% discount on trading.
Will the TLD token appreciate in value since it is a utility token?
Token appreciation is based on many factors that are unpredictable and beyond our control. The TLD is a utility token with a fixed number to be issued and made available. It is possible over time that token demand for services may create an increase in value. Our goal is for the token to be used for services for users to decrease their transaction costs through rebates and discounts.
